Introduction

Physical Education St Albans RC High School has a proud sporting tradition both academically and in extra curricular sporting activities. At Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 PE students are given an opportunity to put skills that they have developed through Key Stage 3 into practice along with the theoretical side of the subject. The department has a proven track record of high achievement and attainment at all key stages compared to local and national averages.

There is a wide range of extra curricular sports at St Albans RC High School and with the programme continually reviewed and expanding there is something for every student ranging from dodgeball and basketball to netball, football and rugby.

A positive value added score indicates pupils achieving above their predicted level/grade.
